Key Jobs Responsibilities
The Associate Human Resource Administrator will perform the following functions-
- Provide technical, analytical and administrative support in developing, implementing, reviewing and managing the various benefits and services handled by BPOH.
- Collate, extracts and analyzes complex or specialized data or information from a variety of sources to produce reports and summaries.
- Ensure that records are updated and filing systems are maintained in accordance with prescribed systems and established guidelines.
- Prepare estimates of accountabilities and payments for benefits continuation and calculations of salary and benefits payments for staff leaving service, i.e. termination or special leave without pay.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have-
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Management, Business Administration or Science, or other related fields.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience (e.g. HR, insurance and health services, other employee benefits, systems, HR analytics, etc.).
- Proven ability to work independently on assigned transactions, areas of analysis and research, which have well-defined scope and steps.
- Able to conduct cost-benefit analysis to support decision-making.
- Able to set priorities for self and junior team members.
- Effective report-writing and communication skills in English and the national language (as required).
