Internship Program in Hong Kong 2018

Deadline: 9th February 2018

A Hong Kong study abroad experience is even better with a full-time internship (see for yourself in the video below the story)! Offered in coordination with our partners, Elite Intern, a Hong Kong-based internship program manager, the Hong Kong Internship Program guarantees a substantive work placement to help you develop professional skills, jump-start your career, and increase your competitiveness in today’s job market.

An IES internship in Hong Kong develops your professional skills, your ability to communicate across cultures, and provides substantive work experience to jumpstart your career in today’s competitive job market. You’ll be guaranteed an unpaid placement at a local business or organization, where you’ll work for up to 40 hours a week. We will work with you to find the closest placement match between your professional and personal goals with what’s available in Hong Kong. Before you depart, we work with you to fine-tune your résumé, perfect your cover letter, and hone your communication and interview skills as we prepare you for working in a new cultural environment.

When you arrive for your internship, Hong Kong-based staff will welcome you for orientation, featuring an introduction to the city including housing, commuting, and professional and cultural expectations.
